Ten.

I got an SMS from my brother, about 8.35pm.

My little sister, aged one, HAS LEARNT HOW TO WALK.

I am a happy older sister. In about a year, I can bring her to places, and she'll be able to talk too! Who wants to see her? d=

Daisy.

Bah... wanted to change my blog template but the menu for most of them are on the RIGHT side. I rather have it on the LEFT side. This morning I mistook my RIGHT for my LEFT. Next time learn driving sure die larh, instructor ask me to turn left and I turn right, then I hit some random motorcyclist doing his circuit (assuming the motorcyclist is male, as most motorcyclists are). Good game!

Went to the computer centre co-op whatever place outside LT26 and got my wireless thingie fixed. Well, as my friend said, "I thought your laptop got inbuild wireless, why you use the Cisco card?" I don't know. Because the person there told me to use it, because it is "more secure". So I don't know if I can use wireless out of school, since Daisy (that's my laptop) is being one cranky bitch and refusing to connect to wireless.

But I downloaded plenty of essentials into Daisy today, such as Winamp 5.0, MSN Messenger 6.2, mIRC 6.13, and other, you know, essential stuff.

And how can I forget Msg Plus! 3? Let me do a bit of promotion for it:

Aww isn't the banana cute.

Picture 39: Diasy, opened up. Do not be fooled, folks. Everything is white. E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G. Do not be misled by the silver looking parts. It is WHITE. Just like an iMac.

Visit to the Istana, 1st August.

Cos I'm horrendously bored and really have nothing better to do. Here are some pictures from Sunday's visit to the Istana. First time watching the Change of Guard, and finally got to see my friend who was playing in the band. Saw the MP Precision Drill people do their stuff, and I'm impressed, though some of the hand movements seemed kinda gay. I like how they twirled their rifles. So cool! Didn't manage to take pictures though, cos I was too far away. Anyway it was going to rain, and lighting was poor, and all my other pictures of the change of guard were so dark.

Okay here are some pictures of the inside of Istana. I hope I don't get into trouble for posting these pictures up. Is there any rule that forbids me too? I mean, it's just scenery, but I think those nice terrorists can make a crude map out of the photos.

If you don't see me post again, it's either I got tired of this blog, or I've been captured by the authorities and going through some brainwashing programme. I must not badmouth my country, cos my wonderful country is going to celebrate it's 39th (yes! nearly middlaged!) birthday in about a week's time. Then we will have a new Prime Minister, BG Lee "Son of Lee" Hsien Loong.

Stand up for Singapore!

Picture 33: Some house on the hill.

Picture 34: A picture of another random house on some hill.

Picture 35: Shubbery.

Picture 36: More shubbery.

Picture 37: I found this tree very cute. It's like two tufts of leaves around a bald trunk. Okay, it IS two tufts of leaves around a bald trunk. And I wonder why people always say I state the obvious. -_-

Picture 38: One of the nicer (read: brighter) Change of Guard photos that I took. The rest are all too dark, unexposed, etc. It was going to rain too, so that added to the poor visibility. Posted by Hello

Picture 24: My new shinai.

Picture 24: My new shinai. Just bought it from Kendoshopman. Went to his place and picked out one that I like. It's about the same weight as my current shinai, I feel. Can't wait to treat it, then use it. Posted by Hello

Picture 23: Updated Kendo flyer.

Picture 23: Updated Kendo flyer for Matriculation Fair 2004. Posted by Hello

It's 1.15am, I don't want to talk about it. Due to Chinaboy's (ie. the IT person) request that the website for NUSKK be included in the flyer, Enginger did a little bit of editing (with lots of complaints from this receiving end). Hence you can see the name of the picture is "flyer5of1000". Didn't reach two digits! How's that!

Okay, I'm going to sleep. Comments on the flyer please, although nothing much that I can do to it since it's off to be printed on Friday or Saturday already.

Picture 22: Sneak peek at the official flyer for Matriculation Fair 2004. Posted by Hello

Went to Enginger's house and did up the flyer today. Finally done! I bet if I leave it to him, he can't do it as prettily as I have. *preens* Anyway, give comments. Nice? Don't worry about the little, uh, crinkles in the background. Didn't manage to get the original copy used for the t-shirt, so kopped the jpeg off my meimei's website. (THANKS MEIMEI! *muacks*) But don't worry, when it's printed out, it looks just fine. Just a little not that satisfied that the hands and shinai is cut off, but well, can't help it. If the picture's any smaller, it won't look that nice already.

Isabella, Wensi, don't mind your numbers there? Or do you want me to blur it out. But then again, I don't think there will be... stalkers, will there? *gasp*

Okay, comment hor.

Picture 21: My sister "standing".

Picture 21: My sister thinks she can stand. She's actually leaning against the table top, and then she forgets that she cannot support her own weight (yet). She likes my camera; always looking at me, especially when the flash is on. Posted by Hello

Picture 19: Me!

Picture 19: Me! Taken at the Esplanade, waterfront. Haven't been there in a while. Walked by the Padang and heard snatches of Linkin Park's concert. So many people were at the Parliament House and scattered around the area trying to catch a glimpse of them. Oh c'mon, buy a ticket! Posted by Hello

Picture 18: Smiley Brown Nut.

Picture 18: Smiley Brown Nut. Taken at grading on 13th June 2004. He will probably kill me for putting up this photo (is there any photo in which he doesn't look perverted?!?), but I'll take the risk anyway. Doesn't he look so much better than the rest of the photos so far? I mean, you can't compare it to when he's in full bogu, but I guess you win some and you lose some. Posted by Hello

Picture 17: Looking shocked.

Have a lack of Kendo pictures to put up lately, so I shall bombard you with more pictures of my sister! Okay, just one. This was taken when she was eight months old. She looks like that in all her eight-month-old pictures: the wide-eyed, round opened mouth look. Maybe when she's older, and this blog is still around, she'll kill me for putting up her baby photos online. But for now she's still too young to protest.
